The Changing World/Climate Action

Exhibition themes are often a limiting factor that requires a lot of adaptation and perhaps a move out of your comfort zone. Broad themes with a level of interpretation are often harder than narrower ones and can cause some serious head scratching. I am taking part in an exhibition later this year with the above theme and so had to decide whether to stick to literal views of climate action, green industries etc or to attempt a more abstract representation of the issues. You can see from the gallery that I chose the latter . Using double exposures and colour and pattern representing environments I enjoyed a more creative and poetic approach to get my message across .The exhibition ,by the Perthshire Photographic Society, will be free to the public in September and October at Birnam Arts in Dunkeld , Perthshire .
